We’re recruiting for a Department Manager to create and execute growth strategies for 3 of our Bonacia businesses;

·        Leavers Books

·        School Products

·        Nursery Resources

This is a diverse role covering all the elements its takes to make a successful brand, as well as applying your operational edge to our internal processes you’ll also have the opportunity to show your creative flare working closely with our marketing team to grow our Leavers Books customer base.

Responsibilities of the role include;

People Management

  • Recruiting, training and engaging a temporary and permanent team of customer care advisors

Operations

  •  Manage and improve our internal processes to ensure our customers receive world class service
  •    Work closely with the production and despatch departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, every time 
  •  Work closely with the Marketing department to execute marketing strategy including writing copy and meeting deadlines
  •  Work collaboratively with our in-house tech team on bespoke software and websites to make our customers journey simple and enjoyable
  •  To analyse products and pricing to ensure your brands are profitable reporting on possible cost saving opportunities
  •  To create end of year reports and growth recommendations for Directors

Customer Care

  •  To ensure the SLA standards are met by the team
  • To resolve customer issues where required
  •  To build positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business

Additional Information

  •  Full time working hours (37.5 hpw Monday-Friday)
  •   Permanent contract
  •    Salary £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on skills and experience)
